I ordered three pairs of shoes several…
I ordered three pairs of shoes several weeks ago because it sounded like they were great shoes. I have not received them and your company has no idea where they are. I need them for my weekend job and I'm going out of town in the beginning of August and I don't have money to buy other shoes. I really hope I receive them before I go away. This is very disappointing. I am a sales rep and I would never let a customer have to question where their order is. I've contacted you by email and you don't even know where they are

Great Overall Communications
The ordering process was straightforward. Multiple emails were sent to inform me that the order was acknowledged as well as to show the status of the delivery and when it might be delivered. Prompt responses were given and rectfied when an exchange was needed. This was an overall positive interaction.

Shoes are extremely poor quality
Shoes are extremely poor quality. Wore them 1 day in the house. Wrong sizing and no arch support. Customer service is terrible. They do not honor their guarantee. Offered me 10% off another pair! Stay away from this scam company!
