DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
I ordered a women's size 9 and was sent a men's US 11. Of course they offered to replace and they requested my foot measurements to ensure I get a proper pair, I did have to pay the additional shipping. I sent my measurements and did everything as requested. I paid the additional and moved forward. I was needing a good pair of shoes to help my feet. I got the new pair in and they are to wide, so they do not fit properly. I requested a return/refund and was told they cannot offer that. That they could give me a $30 site credit. I again requested a refund and again they now said could only offer a 10% refund. I paid for a pair of shoes and did not get a proper pair of shoes. With them offering a few bucks back! They do not do business correctly. Definitely lesson learned! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE (ALMOST A MONTH OF THIS)

I ordered 2 pair shoes and found them…
I ordered 2 pair shoes and found them to be just a little tight. I was able to replace them for a half size larger, hopefully wider fit at no cost but shipping fee. No hassles of returning the original shoes was a huge convenience for me. Thank you

shipping protection grift--update
I declined the shipping protection, and you added it back on. That is theft. I received an email from them saying they would refund the shipping protection fee, which they did. Then they didn't send the promised email with tracking info. I had to request it. It shows no movement. As of August 26,my order has not been shipped. I have contacted them twice to cancel my order, and have filed a dispute with my credit card carrier.

This was my first time hearing about…
This was my first time hearing about this company. Everything I read sounds like what I have been looking for. So I placed an order. Making my order was very easy. I ordered 1 pair of sneakers. You suggested a pair of insoles to get at check out so I ordered them also. It would have been nice to see the suggestion of the insoles with the sneakers. After I was done with my order and submitted it. I then got an email for a discount for insoles. It would have been nice to have that for my order, I might have ordered another pair of sneakers with another pair of insoles. Check out was very easy also. I just ordered from you all and looking forward to trying out your sneakers and I am hoping they are as great as you say they are. As of right now, I gave you all 5 stars and I will order from you all again. I recommend buying from this company.

Ordering & checking out was simple and…
Ordering & checking out was simple and straight forward. As soon as order was placed confirmation email was instantly received and instructions on what to expect next was also received almost instantly, which made this online order comfortable & made me feel at ease that I will receive my order with the quality promised. Im looking forward to trying these shoes. I am a person that works on her feet at least 5 days a week, 7 to 12 hours a day and experiencing feet, hip and back pain. Im really hoping these shoe help and will be ordering more as soon as I get to try them out. Looking forward to the delivery of hopefully painless work days.

It was so easy to order
It was so easy to order. Picking a color was the hardest part. I loved all the colors. Checking out was a breeze. No pop ups to get in the way. And I love the fit if the shoe. I have ordered before.
