Size incorrect
I ordered men’s size 10 and they were more like size 11.5. The tag said women’s 11.5 and men’s 10, but that was incorrect. I had to reorder a smaller size and pay for the shipping. You should have just sent me the correct size and not charge me. Something is wrong with your sizing.

Delayed Shipping and Poor Communication
It took almost four weeks from the time I ordered until the time the package was delivered. Communication was generally poor as to updates. However, when I contacted Customer Service, they tried to help. So I would rate that aspect a little higher. The shoes themselves are comfortable. Time will tell if they live up to the hype as I just got them.

Caveat Emptor!
In early August I purchased a pair of sneakers for $65. from Orthora. The shoes arrived within a week but the toe box was too large and my heels slipped. So I requested return instructions on 8/10/26. The company responded that I could keep the shoes and they would send me another pair if I paid $9.95 shipping and provided detailed measurements for my foot. I responded that I was not interested in another pair because I did not like how they looked on my feet. I wanted to return them for a refund and understood I would need to pay reasonable shipping. The next response was to keep the shoes and receive a 50% store credit. Once again, I did not want a replacement pair. If I chose to return the shoes, I would need to prepay shipping of “$20-$80” for return overseas!! What a ripoff! I donated the shoes and chalked it up to “Buyer Beware” DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! As an addendum, the company responded that a refund was issued. A LIE! They refunded only $10 of the $65 I paid for the shoes!

The orthotic foot insert defaulted to…
The orthotic foot insert defaulted to size 6 and I didn’t catch it when I placed the order. I requested a change to W 10 but have not received confirmation of the update.
