Coming to 1 month & still waiting for it.
For those who wants to order just know that once you click buy and your order is processed, be prepared to not receive your order for the next month. I placed an order end July and today, I still have not received my order. Even though the tracking says it has been processed & shipped. It appears they source from China. I will provide another feedback once I get my product and is really skeptical of the qualty. I would not buy again from this company. Once bitten twice shy.

I ordered my shoes on August 4
I ordered my shoes on August 4, still haven't received them, I have contacted them several times andi get the same response, that someone will contact me , I finally got an email saying they didn't make it thru clearance,so I've asked for a refund so I can go find a pair of shoes and all I get is someone will contact you, the order process is easy but getting your shoes or your money back is very difficult, so please watch out for this company

Well it was a little confusing
Well it was a little confusing. It said buy one get one free. I tried but it was giving me the option. I was trying to get the all black ( which I got) and white in size 8. But at the end I gave up and only got the all black. But besides that everything was easy. It’s my first time ordering these shoes but I hear wonderful stories

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. This is not an American company as claimed, the shoes come from China. Refund policy is a joke. No such thing as a wide toe box. Keep your money for a better pair of shoes. 8/25/26 not happy with companies attempt to right the wrong. Again, buyer beware

Great for leg/ feet pains
Easy to navigate the website, great product quality and no more aches and pains from my feet (which were spiking pain to my knees after about 45 min of walking).

No one from customer service will respond
You can only respond through email. I have emailed three different people and customer support no one will return my email. I received a pair of shoes after 3 weeks of waiting. They were way too big every pair of shoes I have are an 8.5 and these had at least be a 9.5 to 10. They want me to give them another $9.99 for them to send me another pair of shoes that we don't even know if they're going to fit I would rather return the shoes and get my money back but no one will respond to me. VERY UNHAPPY. DO NOT PURCHASE
