Shoes way too big
I ordered a pair of your shoes with the offer of BOGO free. They took over 2 weeks to receive. I wear a size 9 women's shoe and that is the size I ordered. The actual shoes, however, are at LEAST 2 sizes too big! I have contacted the company for a refund and now I am waiting for further directions. Frustrating that everything is done by email and no phone number to call for assistance.
