I was not able to enter any discount…
I was not able to enter any discount codes at checkout. WELCOME10 and SMS15 were sent to me to use but there was no place to enter them. Very frustrating for someone on a tight budget anyway. And then to add more frustration the same product was listed $20 cheaper within an hour after my order was placed.

Upon checking, we can confirm that your order was placed under our BOGO promotion, which is already a discounted offer. The regular price for a single pair is $59.95, while you paid $79.95 for two pairs under the BOGO promotion. This accounts for the $20 difference, but you received two pairs instead of one.
