Easy
Easy. But I had to go out of my cart to see that other options were available. Otherwise I would have just bought the item I found on the ad. Also, it old have been nice to be able to get a discount on different shoes if buying 2 or 3 pairs instead of only the same shoe in a different size or color. Plus, I would have bought a pair for my husband but he needed a size 13 mens and the highest you carried was a 10 mens.

The only thing about my order was
The only thing about my order was, and I might have just overlooked it, a disclaimer to actually measure your foot. I ordered my normal size, and they were too big. Customer service has been very nice to deal with.

I was really excited about getting my…
I was really excited about getting my shoes. But one thing I was very disappointed about was how uncomfortable they are. I didn’t know that I would have to buy the insoles as well.

Not a bad experience. Just not used to ordering from you.
I wanted to cancel the extra shipping fee, but there was not an obvious place to do it. I had to search to find the colors and still did not see all of them. The coupon worked well.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. Price is very good for the quality of the product but 14 emails in 4 days…excessive. One a day would be fine to let you know the progress of your order so you know when to expect it.
