Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I was quoted 10 business days for delivery, but it took 23. During that time, I sent multiple inquiries asking for an estimated delivery date and received no response whatsoever. When the shoes finally arrived, they were extremely oversized despite ordering my usual size. They are so large that even an insole does not make them wearable. I contacted the company about an exchange, but again, my messages went unanswered. The shoes themselves are also very disappointing. The material feels rough, the quality does not match the price, and in my opinion, they look cheap and unattractive. The biggest issue is the complete lack of customer service and communication. A company should stand behind its products and respond when a customer needs help. I do not recommend these shoes or this company. My experience has been frustrating, and I would not purchase from them again.
