When I initially placed my order, I ordered the wrong size. Within an hour of the order being placed I contacted the company and explained my error. It was no problem for them at all, the corrected the size and sent out the correct orthopedic inserts. I have been wearing them for about a month now. Getting used to them takes a little while but I don’t even know they are there now. I am extremely flat footed and these inserts have relieved the aching in my feet and helped with the tendinitis I was experiencing in one foot. I couldn’t be happier.

I like the arch support but the the toe or under the toes are really thin padding. So thin that when I cupped the front to insert the OrthoFlexx in my shoe, it tore.

I accidentally sent my shipment to the wrong address in another country. The customer service team was able to give me an alternative arrangement that allowed me to receive my insoles (which are amazing) quickly. Thank-you so much!

So far so good. I was using a different brand of insoles, so when I switched to ortho flex there was a bit of it discomfort until I get used to them. I am now on my second week of using them and prefer to have them under my feet rather than nothing. It’s a great alternative to surgery and I recommend them.

My new OrthoFlex insoles were made well. They're totally worth the cost. I would order them again and highly recommend them.

Less pronation because of the arc. So the pain is less also.
