I had severe plantar facia and took a chance on these orthotic inserts. It took a full week to break them in. However, after that the plantar pain was basically all gone, I'm in week three of wearing them in all my footwear now and have exceeded all my expectations. Stick with them even if they are uncomfortably initially, they work, and they are awesome for me now. Thank you

Great service, prompt to send out a new pair when I ordered the wrong size. Only had them a few weeks but very comfortable and supportive to date.

Wear size 10.5 men's (US). Ordered two pair, size Medium (9-10.5), but insoles was too small for shoes. Contacted support to exchange for next size up, and they immediately shipped out a new set! Told me not to worry about returning the originals! Outstanding support! Thank you for such an easy process!! Other online stores should take notes!

Working very well

I am a 70-something man with artificial knees and fallen arches who remains very active walking and traveling. For the past 1-2 years I’ve had neuropathic pain on the top of my right foot. At times excruciating pain. I tried everything I could think of. I took a chance and bought 4 pair of OrthoFlexx six weeks ago. So here’s my review: pain gone. Gone. No pain. There’s nothing else to say.
