Been wearing for 1month , seems to b doing good.

I have tried other insoles before which have offered benefits but wearing them all the time cause pain in different parts of my feet due to being tight. With the Orthoflexx it was an instant change and after a few months of really bad knee and ankle pain from my flat feet it was hugely welcome.

Service beyond the call. Prompt and considerate.

These are quality insoles. My concern is the size is simply too small vs advertised. I wear a 14 shoe and purchased the XL size which was supposed to be the right size. They are actually about 10mm shorter and narrower than the insoles I am removing from the shoe. Fine if you wear a 13 but not an 14. It was enough to be noticeable when wearing. I will add though… that resolving this was quite easy. They mean what they say about guarantee. The customer service crew was exceptional. With prompt responses and a true sense of making the situation right for the customer.

OrthoFlexx stood behind their product when one of my insoles unexpectedly cracked. A simple email (with a picture) from me was answered with an apology, informing me that replacement insoles were on the way. They were delivered in less than a week. This is a good product. I have 4 pairs, so that I can keep them in different pairs of shoes. I have used them for several months. They are comfortable and very supportive.

Delivered really quickly. I bought these insoles in the hopes they would help with my painful bunion. I am using them in my running shoes. I have had a couple of short runs and so far they are working well for me. Thank you.
