I recently purchased 2 x pairs of Ortho flex and have found them to be a high quality and very well made product. Having high arches, which if not supported correctly progressively aggravate the tendons on the sole on my feet (I have heel spurs.) These inserts are easy to use and give excellent support to my arches.

The insoles fit very well, luckily I didn’t have to trim. They are comfortable and supportive.

Had been experience knee problems for some time and had sought treatment from physio and podiatrist. Podiatrist prescribed inserts (expensive 'personalised' ones) which I began using but seemed to cause more problems. Ad for OrthoFlexx came up in my social media feed so I thought I would give them a go. So glad I did. My wife who also suffers knee and ankle problems bought a pair as well. Then we went back and bought two more pairs. Thoroughly recommend.
