First of all..let me say that I have planters foot and am a freak for Good inserts. These mother snuckers Hugged my insoles as soon as I stood up!! Just as good as the ones my podiatrist recommended years ago and I am on my second pair but now...I have 2 amazing pairs of excellent inserts. These are a little cheaper but just as effective!! I Love Love Love them!!
