I love these insoles. I have had constant injuries while running. Then my physio suggested I get some orthopaedic insoles. Which cost me about £375 including the consultation. These did help… however as I run a lot. I have about 4 or 5 pairs of trainers. So I brought these for my other trainers. I find these insoles just as good if not better than my custom made ones. So much so that I use these insoles on all my race days.

I was hesitant to put them in my shoes on a regular work day, so I waited until a Saturday was that ever a mistake. My feet are so happy the best inserts I have used. I used to buy two pairs of others and cut the arch out of one set so that I could double stack the arch.

They seem to work better than others I’ve tried - the shape is similar but these are more rigid.
