1. Tricky controls...
1. Charging is weird... stops quickly sometimes. No way to tell if it is fully charged. 2. The button action is tricky takes time to learn 3. My feet can feel on a tiny tickle on any setting, even at 19 level. I have to wet my feet first. 4. No effect at all above an inch up into my foot. 5. No beneficial effect on my feet/legs so far.

Dear Bruce, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback — this kind of specific input is genuinely helpful, and I'm sorry the experience so far has been mixed. On the charging and button behaviour: I'll pass your notes straight to the product team, as clearer charge indication and simpler controls are exactly the kind of refinements we track. On the sensation — it's common for EMS to feel very light on dry skin, and lightly dampening the feet (as you're already doing) genuinely does help conductivity, so that's the right instinct. The impulses primarily target the muscles and circulation in the sole and lower foot, which is why you may feel less further up the leg; consistent use twice daily over 2–3 weeks is usually when the cumulative circulatory benefit becomes noticeable. If you'd like, please email us at [email protected] — I'd like to check your device is performing as it should and walk through the settings that tend to work best for feet that need a stronger response. Kind regards, Glenda
