I found the dining room table on offer up. I sent message to Kevin, he sent me the total cost, with taxes, delivery options and the address to the store in Santa Ana. I went there with my daughter, they have an amazing show room. The table we wanted wasn't on display, but we were able to see a similar one. We purchased the original table we liked, on Sunday. They picked up our tables and chairs from the distribution center, on Monday. They notified us the table would be deliver on Tuesday. They delivered, assembled and set up our dining room set. They Removed all the boxes and trash. Delivery men said they would come back with more bolts/screws to reinforce our table and chairs. Friday I received a text, that they would be at my home with the bolts/screws for our furniture. He arrived with his tools reinforced our dining room set. They're very professional and courteous. We love our dining room table. We will enjoy many family meals together. I would highly recommend Ornate to our family and friends. Great customer service

Paid for a $200 in-room delivery for convenience as we live in a second floor apartment. Delivery time is good, price are great and store staff are ok but my concern is when the delivery guy came he told me he was by himself and asked me to help him carry the sofa to our unit in second floor. I agreed to help him because I wanted to get it done before my flight and that the delivery won’t get rescheduled. We had trouble carrying the furniture as it so heavy and the guy kept complaining and saying things like why we live in a second floor, why there is hallway ceiling in our apartment complex as it is giving us hard time carrying the furniture and said he can’t get it inside our unit because there’s a balcony rail in front of our door. I told him that we should put it over and beyond the rail to angle it and make it possible to get it inside and asked me If I can do it, told him no without his help and replied back that if It’s impossible for me then he can’t do it as well. Like really? I helped you carry it and paid a service fee for the convenience. But I ended up putting the sofa by myself over the rail and when he saw that it was possible, he assisted me getting it inside. I’m rating 3 stars because I paid $200 for a service that should be done by their delivery team and get a delivery guy that complained a lot when it wasn’t my obligation to do his job.

I found your furniture pieces on Offer Up. I had originally purchased the sofa and chairs, but wanted a love seat and ottoman. I knew what I wanted and it was purchased immediately and delivered just a few days later. The salesman had said 2 weeks, but I had it in just 4 days. The product is gorgeous. I LOVE IT! I will be back again to find lore wonderful pieces. Thank you!
