Early Delivery, Great Product!
I ordered a piece of furniture online, and they were prompt at contacting me to inform me of an expected delay in shipping. I spoke with Anne about my order and the delay and she let me know that they would do what they could to improve the delivery window. I received my furniture more than 2 weeks ahead of schedule! Not only was it earlier than I expected, but it was well packed, and of the highest quality. I will absolutely order through Ornate Furniture again.

I ordered this a week ago and it’s still pending for delivery or even product in the mail. I would want quicker email on not just confirmation but that it has been sx for delivery after 7 days.

I could not find a specific delivery…
I could not find a specific delivery date for the item I ordered, but their website said they "ship quickly". After I ordered the item, it was disclosed it would be 5-6 weeks before shipping. It would have been nice to know how long the delivery time was when I ordered. The item was $500 cheaper on this site compared to another site I was looking at so I didn't cancel the order, but still would have been good to know that in advance.

I ordered the Hurley table only to find…
I ordered the Hurley table only to find out that now it is no longer available. In a text, I was asked to choose another item. The choice of a refund was never given. I chose a recliner to replace the table replying to the text I had received. I have not heard anything about whether this will be resolved with my choice. The one thing I wanted the most was a refund. I don't think that the resolution I was given is adequate.

Fair prices, good buying experience, one caveat
The whole buying experience was great. Choosing the mattress and picking a financing option was all super smooth and straightforward. Delivery was super fast also. I only knocked off a star because I assumed Ornate would take away my old mattress, like most other mattress stores do. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but they should really make that clear on their website and remind you again during checkout.
