Will not deal with this company again . Products not available when they say , dishonest , was promised things that never happened . Do not recommend! Couch is lovely though when I finally received it . No one seems to be clear in the information that’s provided

The sales associate was very rude when I called to get a update on the status on my delivery I called the number that’s on the business card and she was unprofessional to tell me “she was off” and clearly didn’t want to help me with a service they provide. They are only nice when you purchase with them but after that they treat there customer crap. When they delivered my couch they forgot an additional item I purchased. Which was delivered the next day. I would never purchase items or recommend them to family and friends.

I recently purchased a bed and mattress from this store because their showroom features a bed that I like but the display is a queen-size bed and I need a full size only.Ozzie, one of their staff, assisted and informed me that the bed on display is also available in full size. So I decided to pay for the bed even though I had never seen the actual item because the staff assured me it would be an actual representation of the one on display. However, when it was delivered, I was really disappointed because the headboard's height was much higher than what was shown in their showroom. Due to the massive size of the headboard it really looks unpleasant in my bedroom. They simply misled me by delivering a different item compared to what was on display.Even the mattress that was provided to me was sagging, which is really uncomfortable that causes me back pain.And it even looks like an old stock.The headboard's screw was also tarnished. I called the store to express my concern with the items that had been delivered to me, but they just turn a deaf ear.I even talked to the owner, and told him about the issue, but I was so disappointed. He does not treat customers with respect and just ignored me. He was so unresponsive with my complaints. He treated me poorly by behaving rudely. I would not really recommend this store as they don't accept responsibility when things go wrong!!! Their customer service is very unreliable. It failed to meet customer’s expectations and satisfaction in terms of service quality, response, and customer experience.

Great product, good price, fast delivery.

Ordered our sofa and love seat online and check out was easy. On the day of delivery, I received a text confirming that my order will be delivered that day and was provided with a time range. I received a call from the delivery person later that day to provide me with an ETA. He got here during the provided ETA, placed the sofas where I needed them and was professional, friendly, and quick.
