Very, very nice belt. Worth every penny. It did take 12 days to receive but no harm no foul. Communication and attention 1st rate.

Great product, horrible delivery
Ordered a belt on 1/3. Paid extra for USPS Two-Day Priority shipping. Belt didn't ship until 1/7 and didn't arrive until 1/13. That's hardly two days. Really nice belt though. I mean REALLY nice. It's a shame the experience was tarnished by the USPS and the extra charge for 6-day delivery.

Great belt but...
The excess black dye got all over my trousers, requiring a trip to the dry cleaners.

Slow shipping.
Paid extra for expedited shipping and it showed up 10 days later. Missed Christmas by a mile and haven't even had a chance to even eval the belt since the shipping was so terrible.

Lack of communication
Ordered a belt that was "in stock" according to website. Paid for 2nd day shipping. No communication. Belt shipped 5 days after order so wasted money on 2nd day ship

John, Thanks for taking the time to write a review! We do not actually stock any of the belts, we make every single one to order, that's one of our special features. We have to have the ones that are available for purchase showing as "in stock", otherwise you will not be able to buy them. But we require 2 business days to actually make your belt all year round, except for the month of December, when we require up to 5 business days for production, since that is our busiest season. We try to make sure the customers are aware of that, and there is a message in your shopping cart screen that you should be able to see right before checkout, that explains just that. Please, let us know if you have received your order by the time you needed it, and also if there is something we can do to make your experience with us a happy one. Orion Leather Team.

Not perfect
Shipped fast and arrived quickly. I found the sizing to be slightly off. The belt was about 1/2 inch or so smaller than specified.

Quick response to order
My order was acknowledged quickly and the shipment went out in average time. Quality of the belts is good.
