Wrong Size--Again
Following video instructions does not result in the receiving the proper size. I suspect careless order fulfillment.

Dishonest thieves
There was a problem with my order. I was willing to reach a settlement and pay a fee. They sent me one F U email and refuse to discuss. I spent $100 for nothing. Beware! P.S. belts are thick and heavy. They accentuate your Dunlop make you look fatter! Dishonest and ugly!

Two sizes too small
You sent a belt 4 inches smaller than the one ordered, using your own measuring system, I watched the measuring video twice and know how to read a tape. Very inconvenient since I am in Thailand.

Bad picture
I ordered a belt. The picture was so bad, it made the color appear different. I had to pay shipping both ways for nothing.

definitely not 100% satisfied
Measured my belt size multiple times according to their video. The belt ended up short. No where in the video did it say anything about possibly needing to go up a size. No where on the website does it say they have odd numbered sizes. The CSR in fact stated 10% of their customers get their size wrong due to the video...10% is A LOT! But they still will not accept blame. So I am to pay for shipping there and back...and extra ~10$+. How disappointing. They didn't care, said too bad and nothing they could do. Won't be doing business with them again.
