My husband was very pleased with his new belts. They look wonderful, and the quality is outstanding. The buckles, however, are not of the same caliber and look cheap, especially the black one. It would be nice if the customer could choose the buckle option he prefers when selecting the leather. Service was quick and the overall product appears that it will last for many years. I hope so: he's pretty hard to shop for!

My only complaint (which is the real caveat) is that the return policy is relatively strict, which also includes charges. Which I wouldn't have a problem with, but after a pleasing experience with a black belt, I thought I'd get a brown version. After getting the "dark brown" version, it's nearly identical to the black. Even under a bright color corrected light, black and dark brown are extremely close, and difficult to distinguish. Now, this would be fine with a better return policy, but it's probably easier to just not deal with them again.

Love the belt but got the wrong size. Must pay to ship back as well as send them money to ship the replacement back to me.

Although I returned an item, I'm giving them a 4 because they operate as a righteous company, i.e., they do what's expected of them. My account was credited ONE DAY after receiving my returned item. They even refunded shipping! I'm astounded with their service.

I had a positive experience with Orion Leather Company. I ordered a belt through their website. The belt is beautiful. It was made to order and the quality of leather and craftsmanship is superior. The website was fairly easy to use. You have to be careful that you put in the correct size. The placement of the size requested drop down menu was hard to find. I think if you made that more noticeable it would help you. i was confused because I got two order confirmations one from Orion Leather Company and one from Leather Frenzy. Leather Frenzy is the name of the store on Amazon where Orion Leather Company sells its product. There was probably some sort of reason for the different name, but if I were you i would try to work with Amazon to use the Orion brand and ditch Leather Frenzy. Frenzy conjures up a negative greedy impression. Orion is a great name, though. He was a hunter and his belt is the most identifiable grouping in the night sky in a constellation. Some other things I really like about your company is that you are American made and you are proud of it. Your communication with me was prompt and accurate. Your made to order policy makes a shopper feel exclusive and cared for and I think that is important. You offer a fair price for a beautiful necessary product. I want to thank you for being kind, honest, informative and generous. My husband's birthday Is not until the 13th, so I don't know his reaction at this time. I am very well pleased with the appearance, design, color and sturdiness of the two belts I ordered. Waiting to see my husbands reaction when receiving both the brown and the black belts.

High quality of leather. Good design. Only wish the bifold wallet had a pouch for cash rather than a money clip
