I ordered online within the timeline for delivery by Xmas. I didn't receive untill the day after Xmas. I sent an email to your company and received a rude response as to how it was my fault for not ordering sooner. No apology only an excuse. The belt I ordered is great but the customer service is horrible. I doubt I would order from you again because of this. Im in customer service myself and wouldn't treat my customers that way.

Orion took the maximum amount of processing time but I was told the belt would arrive by the 24th. It is now the 27th and I still have not received my belt. I was disappointed because this item was listed as in stock and I had hoped to give this belt as a gift.

Poor communication from the seller about the updates status or the item. Promised 2-3 delivery after 8 days item not yet delivered. Poor ! Poor. Buyer be aware. Peter, We make all the belts to order, and we do not promise a 3 day delivery, because we can absolutely not promise that. We require 2 business days to actually make your belt all year round, except for the month of December, when we require up to 5 business days for production, since that is our busiest season. We try to make sure the customers are aware of that, and there is a message in your shopping cart screen that you should be able to see right before checkout, that explains just that. It looks like your package has been delivered now, but if you have not received it please, contact us directly so we can deal with the issue. We apologize for the delay in shipping, we are not sure why it took so long for the Priority mail shipped package to get delivered to you, but this happens sometimes during the holidays. Ordered belt on 12/8/2015 Shipped out on 12/11/2015 PRIORITY MAIL received 12/19/2015 Oh yes belt was good quality just wrong size 48" not 44, but I can cut it off and make new holes. No packing slip in box don't know who to blame. Sure not going to send back, like to wear it this week after I get it fixed to size. I don't believe I would use 3 day priority mailing? I sent e mail to company but no answer from you. Thanks for sending belt right out.
