I bought a very high end PC from Origin, $6K+, including a hard loop CPU & GPU, 4090, the works. I checked in on the status through the build process and received responses within 24 hours. System shipped on-time and within a day or two of what was originally communicated. They used Omni logistics and the system arrived in a crate on a pallet. Delivery scheduling was good, Omni called me to schedule and they called me 30 minutes before delivery and arrived in the time window they said they would. The system is a beast. The custom loop looks beautiful. Everything works as expected, no issues when first turning on, and configuring and installing all my software, and transferring my files from my old system to the new one. Spending $6K on a system is a lot for me, for most people so I do appreciate the good communication from Origin, on-time shipping, good delivery experience, and most importantly, out of the crate and first turning it on was everything I had hoped for. Thank you Origin for this great experience.

Got a pretty expensive setup and was given step by step updates!? I’ve never had better customer service in my life, and I work at a pet shop that prides ourselves in customer service and these guys blow us out of the water with quality customer support. I even sent a support ticket late at night when I thought it would be after hours for them but then I got a message back and was shocked at the time they replied! Was I think 1am their time!!!

October 2023 invested $3k+ to have an Origin PC built. In less than 1 month, I had to send it back for a "black screen" issue to be fixed. Lost all productivity for the month of November. December, I get the PC back only to find that now, here in January, the same issue returns. This is highly unacceptable, disappointing and disgruntling not to mention, Very Suspicious considering. People invest in products like this to enhance their lives and to better help others, not to pick up a burden and unnecessary expenses and then having to deal with customer service agents who are only concerned with sales and up sales for products and services as opposed to client satisfaction and repeat patronage. God forbid that you express any type of protest for the inconvenience caused by such a unreliable product to the detriment of being "blacklisted" attempting to get resolution. At any case, we shall see how this goes.

I bought a laptop from Originpc on 12/28/2022. it arrived with issues right out of the box. I spoke to 4 customer support people before one was able to solve the problems, temporarily. I started having issues again in May 2023. Each time you call customer support, the first level of support immediately says "you need to reinstall your operating system" no matter what the problem is because the first level of support is not trained. Escalating the issue will eventually get someone who is trained. The escalated tech support agent told me that I needed to send my new laptop in to be serviced, but because I had the 3 year extended warranty he suggested I wait until January. I asked for a return box to be sent and to speak with someone higher up. That agent was able to get the computer running again. It's November and the laptop suddenly freezes and all applications are running slowly. I go through the usual untrained tech support to the next level and we reinstall windows but it doesn't fix the issue. the tech support agent changes some things in bios and LOCKS my laptop down completely. We're unable to get back into it. He freaks out, and when I frantically ask for someone else he won't ask anyone to help because this is the second time he's done this. I hang up diagnose and find my bit locker key myself using a different computer and I am able to get back into my laptop. I call Origin and insist on getting a supervisor. He does diagnostics and says that my cpu is fried. I send it back in to be repaired. It's now January 2nd. I kept asking for updates about when it would be shipped back and kept getting conflicting information. I talked to 3 people yesterday who all told me that my computer was in queue for either: quality control or shipping. I freaked out, I mean, which was it??? At 11:50 that night I get a UPS notice saying that my computer would arrive today, January 3rd. Origin does not value it's customers and first level tech support is a joke. UPDATE: the replacement is being replaced because it arrived broken!!!

Pc came in and worked great. It actually arrived 5 days before it said it would which was awesome.

Two laptops and one gaming PC from Origin, cant recommend them enough!

$6000 PC shipped with a bad cooler. They tell me it is "the only one compatible" with my system which is an outright lie. They say this because it is a Corsair cooler and Corsair is Origin's parent company. They HAVE to push these products and can't admit that they're defective. The cooler in question is notoriously unreliable and Corsair needs to get rid of them. I have been building PCs for over 20 years and bought this PC from Origin for the convenience, now I am behind on work and have to fix this machine when my new cooler gets here. Not happy at all for $6000.
