Great customer service, answered all my questions plus more!

Smooth process and great communication. Quoted a completion timeline that seemed farther out but realistic. Updated along the way. Order came together much sooner and everything arrived working great. Will use again for future purchases.

The customer support, and especially Eddy H. were awesome and extremely helpful and informative with any questions or concerns I had.

Ordered in January. Laptop sat in Integration status for weeks. Several inquiries led to no real information provided as to the delays. Once their estimated shipping date elapsed by over a week, I threatened to cancel the order. At this time I was information they had problems with their UV Printer which caused delays. At no point was this communicated to me or presumably any other customers. I was assured the order would ship within a day. Order finally shipped and I am now waiting on its arrival. Its now day 7 of the 3 day Select shipment. And while Origin PC isn't performing the delivery, I'm inclined to suggest they should reconsider shipping partners if my experience is any indication. ---------------- Update ------------- This update is a little delayed. But a representative from Origin did reach out and expressed concern regarding my experience. They generously offered me compensation for my experience. So overall, the experience is better. But I am still an advocate of more proactive than reactive measures. I'm going to give them a star back. I would give 3.5, but no half stars I guess?

I got a prebuilt from origin with a corsair mouse and keyboard. My mouse was a little faulty, so they sent me a new one without worrying about me sending back the old one. I really appreciated this gesture. Ive had my pc for about 6 months and so far so good.

I pre-ordered a complete PC system prior to the release of a GPU (5090 series). From the date of order to the shipping date, communication was absolutely phenomenal with staff at OriginPC (Oliver) giving me updates and checking in. All of my questions and concerns were answered promptly and completely. Super polite and informative. I paid a slight premium over what it would cost for me to build the system myself assuming I could get the components at MSRP, which at this point is impossible so the pricing was absolutely on point for OriginPC

The entire team is top notch. I worked with Flex, Oliver, Eddy, and a few others who names I didn't catch, and they were all fantastic. They got the machine together with the exact (very custom) parts we needed quickly at a price we couldn't beat elsewhere. They were communicative over e-mail and on the phone whenever we had questions or requests. They managed to customize or shipping experience to meet an upcoming deadline at what was an absurdly affordable price. The fact we were able to call up and get top notch support directly in the US, from folks directly working on our machine, was fantastic. Honestly, we're switching over to Origin going forward for our business needs.

I pre-ordered a Nvidia 5090 build about a month before release. I received numerous emails about the time frame and progress of the build all the way up until it was shipped. Computer was packaged well and I have only had it a couple of weeks but I could not be happier with this company so far. I have ordered numerous builds from online companies, and Origin is as good as any of them and even better than I hoped for.
