Flex kept me up to date with the latest news regarding my PC and delays. Only issue was a slightly long delay for responses to inquiries (2 business days) but they were non-urgent issues.

Overall its fine, but it arrived in crate but still with a snapped case screw (easy cheap fix), the other one was dangling loose, the magnetic Corsair logo thing on cpu was loose and moving around between the video card / RAM / the internal packing material, and one of the SS-10 USB-A type ports had VERY bent metal bracket things & couldn't even use it. Also the 4060 HDMI port didn't work correctly on bootup / setup, but switched to Display Port and was fine. Not sure if that's a normal thing with a HDMI port on a 4060 during first bootup but the monitor just flashed periodically. I game on a 3090, so I'll solely use it for a professional DAW for business use, sadly it also makes a slight whiny sound, it's fairly low level... almost like a vacuum running a couple rooms over or on other side of the house. I can isolate it so that it's not heard if recording via mics but it's still a bit annoying on a near $4k pc. But it's a solid clean build with good parts for sure, & of course it looks nice.

Ordered a PC with 5090 on launch and was given an estimated ship date of March 4th, received it today with a slight 1 week delay, which was communicated clearly through email, Eddy was very professional and maintained weekly updates telling me which stage my order was in, and after firing up the PC everything runs like a dream so far. Fair prices, excellent services, quality builds, would absolutely buy from them again.

The experience working with the origin PC support guy was great, Eddy hernandez did a great job communicating with me every step the pc build was in and gave me great information on anything i asked about. As of writing this review i have not recieved the product yet but will write another one once it has arrived. It was really great to have good contact during the whole process.

Eddy Hernandez was my customer service representative, and he did a great job ensuring all of my questions were answered. I have to admit that I was a little concerned about the news reports I've seen describing the problems with the new RTX 50 series graphics cards missing ROPs, but he was able to assure me that Origin PC's excellent warranty would cover this. My computer arrived in perfect condition, and I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase. This is the second time I've purchased a computer from Origin PC, and I'll definitely purchase my third from them -- their customer service is a serious part why I'll remain a loyal customer!
