Jay helped me out several times as I changed my build options several times because I wanted the best build possible. I was going to cancel my order then place a new order when my credit card would clear which would have taken several days but instead Jay walked me through the steps to upgrade the system before it was built. Originpc is a great company to do business with if you want a special built computer system or laptop. They go above and beyond.

Flex was able to provide answers to all my questions quickly and efficiently.

Called into the sales team and was connected with Flex, he was a great help and we breezed through the process of putting together 2 estimates for my AI workstation. He was very knowledgeable and understood the practical application of what I will be using the PC for!

I had an issues with the creating account and order process. I made a typo and never got my confirmation email and Flex with the sales customer service was great to work with. I feel bad, he said that he went and fixed the problem and i opened up another tab so i could log in and confirm the issue was fixed and it blasted me out of the conversation with him. Great job Flex, thank you so much for your help today, all the issues were resolved.

The customization and dedicated support from Origin were top tier, especially from my agent Flex C. They helped with getting through a payment error and kept me updated at all stages. The only downside was the delivery. While I was thrilled that Origin had put the system together so quickly that it would be coming only a few days after ordering it, UPS messed up the delivery in a pretty negligent way. Thankfully the system came through unscathed, and it was entirely the error of UPS, but it was a bit scary when you get an email saying your gaming PC was delivered when you never even got a doorbell ring or call from the delivery driver. That’s entirely on UPS for messing the end of the delivery up. Hopefully Origin can find a way to avoid this issue in the future. Excited to get gaming and forget about the bad part

For me, it allowed me to 'build' the PC I wanted and order it. The turnaround time and shipping were as forecasted and the system showed up and worked.
