First, I want to thank Jay F.'s for his help and service during my purchase. This was an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. Jay helped understand the purchase of the Arachnid, all the steps for the build process, and went above and beyond on giving me status updates and photos of the build at Origin's lab. The PC was in perfect condition when it arrived in its well-padded Box in a wooden crate! (That is a care and handling differentiator.) The Origin website and configurations tools were very easy to use. The PC is built of high-end Corsair products and top end Nvidia. Their Lifetime service is also a huge plus, and the cool swag that came with the PC is also a bonus :-) Thank you, Jay and Origin!
