ORIGIN PCReviews of originpc.com

Eddy Hernandez gave me QUICK and helpful response and was very kind and professional.

Odette was a pleasure to chat with. She resolved my issues quickly and was always professional and very personable.

I would say it's one of the smoothest processes I've experienced ordering something online and the gentlemen who helped me are very easy going on all ends, Jay fixed and walked me through what was going wrong with my order when I asked about issues I was having, all of which were my fault, Oliver was responsive and reaching out with updates on all fronts, and Bryant even reached out to me offering a refund for a product I wanted that's out of stock or if I was interested in swapping it out for something else, very straightforward and direct. The PC is incredible, it got here no problems at all, packaged neatly and well taken care of. As a first time PC experience entirely, it was a huge relief and honestly exciting all the way through. I wanted something from Origin for ages and they delivered the moment I was committed. I will always recommend Origin to anyone asking me about my rig, or folk curious about getting a PC.

I just wanna say that Eddy Hernandez and the Orgin team did an amazing job on the PC that I ordered. Keep up the great work guys!

Flex from costumer service was very helpful and kind, I found the process smooth and easy.

Odette was extremely helpful in resolving an issue I had with a previous order. I had originally submitted an order using a financing option, but later decided to cancel it and pay cash instead. During the process, I accidentally created two profiles, which resulted in two separate orders and caused some confusion on my end. Odette quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and helped straighten out the duplicate profiles and orders. She ensured that my correct order was processed properly and made the entire experience stress-free. Throughout the process, she was professional, patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. I greatly appreciate her assistance and excellent customer service.

Eddie Hernandez kept us well informed along the way. Helping us with any issues we may have had. And showing us the ways we could get support. It’s a beautiful set up. And your team has been amazing to work with! We thank you for the extra gifts. Not many companies do that.

My support agent, Eddy Hernandez, was super helpful before my custom PC even arrived. I had an issue with my credit card company, and there was a slight delay on parts (no fault of of Origin), and he preemptively answered all of my questions, and kept me in the loop with timely updates. The build looks great, and the price was so much better than any other builder with the exact same component list!
