Heartbreaking seeing these reviews after purchasing quite a lot from this website :( I sent a very nice email asking for shipping times, surprise-no response. Sent a second, slightly annoyed email as they had just ignored me and guess what? No response. I will be calling my card company to see if they can do anything, but stay away! I doubt I will receive them :(

Stay away from this company!! I have tried to reach them 4 times, and each time I get a "canned" reply. I am contacting my credit card company to get a refund. They use false advertising. Read the other reviews. They are all negative.

I ordered a canvas 4 weeks ago. The website says they're based in New York but it seems the products are shipped from China (no mention of this on the website) The tracking number didn't work until a few days ago. According to their confirmation email I should be receiving it within 2 days, but it's still in China. I emailed them to ask what sized frame I'll need (as no information on the website) and they just sent a long, generic Covid19 response. Not sure if they're a genuine company. It seems lots of people are having issues. Try and find a company based in the country you live in so you don't have to wait weeks for your order to arrive. Read the reviews first so you can avoid this stress.

Fake . Received 2 e mails back from 2 customer care reps😂 just covid 19 blah blah.. messages the exact same just different names. Ordered on the 1st of April. Reported on social media etc Does anyone know how to report this? Seems a kind of tough luck situation?

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I wish I could give them a zero. Ordered on April 1st and yet to receive my purchase. Complete SCAM. They take your $ before they ship it. Would NEVER have ordered from them if I would have checked out the poor reviews. Lesson learned and will be bad mouthing this company to anyone I know looking to purchase any paint by numbers

do not waste your money !! I’ve ordered my kit on the 16th of March .. it hasn’t reached me yet.. I’m not sure if it’s a fraud and if I’m ever going to get it.. I tried to contact them a number of times and I keep getting the auto reply .. please beware when you purchase.. Order number : 38497

Order number 51044 still not received. Order start of March, it's now JUNE! no product and no refund!! I have emailed over 24 times they refuse to reply. I have called and left voice messages. I need a way to get in contact with the owner. I want a full refund since they cannot deliver my product. Thank you trust pilot do to your website the owner saw this and contacted me the very next day. I still have no product and they refused to give me a refund however they do assure me I will have a product within 2 weeks. I will keep you posted. This was a lie....I'm still waiting for resolution they said it would be resolved within two weeks it's now been an additional 5 weeks. Email Fran...still waiting on refund. they are refusing to refund my money but yet they also have no idea when product will be available.

UPDATE : September 2020 my 3 paint by number pieces arrived in the post from China!!!! Couldn’t believe it! I have finished one and it looks amazing! Just started the other one and am missing paint and they definitely don’t match the picture... such effort to send back to China but let’s see how hilarious this looks... During lock down March/April 2020 I thought it would be nice to get a few of these to do. I bought three from them coming to around £45. I had a confirmation email, and a response to an email asking how long dispatch would be. They replied and didn’t actually answer my question. I then surprisingly got an email and text saying they had dispatched my items, gave me a tracking number that doesn’t exist on the tracking website given to me, a tracking site from China by the way, not USA. Looking at the other reviews, which admittedly I did not do before I ordered, I very much doubt my items will be arriving at all. Don’t bother. A friend of mine got some off Amazon but they did not have the ones I wanted.
