I also placed orders with this company. They are no longer answering emails and their phone goes straight to voicemail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Original Paint By Numbers! Update: Website has been taken down!

I wish I had checked trust pilot before ordering. I spent over 50 dollars and ordered over a month ago and have heard nothing. On top of this I have sent multiple emails with no responses. I have had to contact my bank to tell them about this.

Ordered on the 24th March. Still nothing and there is no record of there tracking number. Getting generic covid 19 emails. Would absolutely not recommend.

I am now giving an update to help others that have been scammed by this Company. Here is what I have done so far. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in New York, as the company says it is based there. I have filed a complaint with Google Ads making them aware that they are letting a fraudulent company advertise with them. I also saw this company is powered by Shopify, so I filed a complaint with them too. It is up to US, as consumers to find ways to help each other through events like this and to provide information as to how we can help each other to stand up against companies like this. The ONLY reason this company is still getting away with what they are doing is because consumers are not making enough noise. You want this site to be shut down, then steps need to be taken, and it's up to us, as consumers to help each other to do so. I also plan on filing complaints with The Federal Trade Commission, e-Commerce.gov, The Canadian BBB, and so on. These are all places you can file complaints with. Maybe if there are enough complaints, we will be able to achieve something, together.

Ordered April 5th, merchant has not processed or shipped any items other than billing the credit card. Impossible to get a hold of an actual person. Total scam website.

I sadly fell for their slick and professional website and email offers. They claim their warehouse is in the US and they take payment in USD however my bank charged me an international transaction fee. That was my first clue that something was amiss. When I reached out to them questioning this, I got no response. When I called, I got no response. When I emailed, I got no response. I've since filed with the BBB (I picked their NY business because they were labeled "Online Retailer" but they also have a Canadian listing as a "Craft Store") I really just want my dang order, which I paid for. But if not that, hopefully I get my money back. They also have a fake Facebook and Instagram account.

Haven't received my order. It's been 22 days, and I'm left without a Mothers Day gift now. Tried calling the number, which is linked to an automatic voice mailbox. Tried emailing, haven't heard anything back either.
