Never got the product and didn't receive a refund =(.

I wouldn’t give this company even one star but had to put something down in order to write a review. I placed an order middle of April got a confirmation of the order but absolutely no confirmation of it being sent to shipping not a tracking number for it. I was able to send an email to them but I got a text stating my order was being processed. The funds were taken from my credit card and was told the tracking number would be sent to me when it was ready to ship. I get that things are slow due covid-19 but damn it’s not this freaking slow. I contacted my credit card company regarding this merchant and they too found the site to not available anymore. The charge went thru as panybynumber. I go to check again today and find the site is no longer up and running ffs. I too wish I had of read the reviews on this company, I would not have wasted my time. Not a very good feeling I have for first time ordering online 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ordered March 24th and never received an email for tracking information. Like others I made sure they shipped from the US which later I find they are based in China. Weeks ago I made a claim through PayPal which they have yet to respond to. Escalated it to PayPal and for some god awful reason PayPal allows up to 30 days (AGAIN, they had 30 days to respond to original claim now another 30.) from the reviews on here this company has not sent out a single order. How are they legally allowed to be selling on PayPal with this many strikes against them?! Shame on this company and shame on PayPal for allowing them to rob people blind of probably hundreds of thousands of dollars during a pandemic.

Well looks like I’m about to take a trip and find these fks thinking it’s a game to not issue a refund when these sorry fks can’t seem to understand English. Over a month and still same lame excuse covid well It’s going to be my excuse beating my money out of someone

March 28th ordered 2 for my grandchildren to keep them occupied on lockdown. Still nothing. Website now gone. Have requested PayPal helps me get money back. 34 quid gone 2 disappointed children. 1 unhappy nanny. Just goes to show people will still rip you off in bad times when we supposed to be working together.

I ordered 2 kits on 16 April, 2020. Still have not received then so I tried to contact them to ask about my order. Website does not exist now!! Will definitely be trying to get my money back through Paypal. Very disappointed!!

They don't even deserve 1 star. Scam scam scam. I ordered a painting 2 months ago and when trying to send an email it says this store is unavailable.
