Same experience as everyone else. Ordered March 28th and nothing. Luckily called my bank last week and they did refund me the entire amount and are looking into the scam.

It’s a scam. Please do not use them, I ordered my kit on 8th April and it has never arrived. They take advantage of people during the Covid-19 situation, shame on you!

Looks like I am another one in a long list of people who has been ripped off. $56 spent and nothing to show for it. No communication what so ever, even after a numbers of emails sent chasing this order up. Don't touch this company, opportunist scammers!

Same story... ordered over a month ago. Have not received anything and not managed to get in touch with anyone who can help me find out what happened to my order. Will be reporting.

Much like everyone else who's left reviews recently, I ordered my item on the 23rd March and was told that it would be with me in two weeks. It's now been 6 weeks, and the tracking hasn't been updated since the item was in China. I'm told I'll receive an update when the item arrives in the UK, but I'm not holding me breath. The website is also terrible, every time I go on it things pop up everywhere and it's really frustrating. It's also impossible to speak to anyone from the company

Out over $70 Out over $70. Ordered April 10 and nothing received. In reading the other reviews, I suspect I won’t ever receive anything. They emailed me an alleged tracking number but every time I try to track the shipment, it says it can’t be found. The website says they are located in New York, USA but the tracking website says China Mail. I would NOT recommend buying from this site as it appears to be nothing but a hoax!

Can I give ZERO stars? Ordered beginning of May, took my money immediately. A week later, emailed that it may take longer than normal to ship. I needed it for a gift, so I responded to please cancel and refund my money. No response, until two weeks later that it was being packaged to ship. It has been a month and still no response, even after my second request to cancel, and no painting arrived. TERRIBLE!!!!

Terrible, I ordered over a month ago and keep getting e-mails that it’s taking longer than expected. I emailed them to cancel my order with no response. It’s a total scam. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company. Do not use this company.
