I wish I was here before I placed my order. My order was placed on Mar 19. I then received a tracking number on Mar 29, the parcel was sent from its supplier in China on Apr 3 and got stuck somewhere in China till today May 12. They are using China Post ePacket which has really bad reputation for its international service (I'm not sure about local service). And now, my order page has gone 404, which I cannot find the record from the shop anymore. No reply for enquiry emails. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SHOP

Ordered April 1st and was so excited to get them. It’s been a while but I figured with everything going on it was normal. But NOPE. Today I go to look at my confirmation and when I clicked on the link it said “404 error page not found”. So I spend $50 for no reason?! This is ridiculous that this site shows up first on google when it’s a complete scam. do not buy! Seems like amazon is the only reputable place to buy these from

This is a horrible company do not order from them. We order paintings months ago and have sent several emails asking for information and have not received any response. They are untrustworthy, they will steal your money and you will never hear from them again. We continue to receive promotional advertisements asking for more money though never receiving our original purchase. Their customer service is disposable, save your self time and money and go somewhere else.

Regrettably I should have came on here before shopping on their website. Similar story to some of the reviews left below. Ordered at the end of March, got an email saying COVID19 will impact delivery... nothing about my order since. They haven't replied to any of my follow up emails but are happy to send out promo info for new deals. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Yeah I figure I got scammed. I ordered back on April 2. Got an email fairly quick that due to COVID19, there are delays. Understandable. On May 2, 1 month after ordering, 3 weeks after the follow up email, I asked for an update, and noted that if the product couldn't ship with a week - and I gave a date for that - I'd like a refund. Amazingly, within 24 hours the product "shipped". But the tracking number comes up with nothing on the tracking site they provide, and now when I click to check on my order, there's nothing there. The shipping email says give it 2-3 weeks for arrival from shipping. I will give it 3 weeks, then I will go to my card company to do a chargeback. Edit to add: I did open a case with Paypal, which I then escalated to a claim. Paypal notified me today that I am receiving a refund. Original Paint By Number is still a scam.

and another one to add to the pile. Ordered beginning of April for a birthday present to be shipped to Australia and its never turned up. Trying to claim my money back via paypal. ITS A SCAM!

Yes add me to the list for $104. The site went down and now when you do a search or Originalpaintbynumber.com it opens in Paint by numb3r, i so this appears to be another link to watch out for. I guess they will just keep making slight changes to their name. Be Vigilant people and report it. If you do nothing, nothing changes.
