Ordered on 4/26/2020, was charged to my charge card on 4/28, have not received any notification that they even received the order, and have e-mailed them 2x. They will not reply to me but they did take my money. DO NOT order anything from them.!!!!!!! I have not received the order or any communication from them. Not able to e-mail them either.

Concerned this is company is a scam. Their website states the company is Paint by Numbers, but the email address to customer service is Original Paint by Numbers. First flag. My order was placed in March. Almost immediately, I received an email stating there would be shipping delays due to COVID-19. Understandable. Weeks go by and I send an email inquiring to the status. No reply. Second flag. After sending another email requesting to cancel the order, I finally get a reply saying it is too late to cancel the order, as it has already shipped. They also apologized for the delayed reply, saying there was a glitch in the system that prevented replying to emails. Uh.....okay. Third flag. Finally, in mid-April I got an email with shipping/tracking info. To date, each time I try to track the shipment, it shows there is no package. When I click on the "view my order" link from my confirmation email, it says "page not found." Fourth flag. Reading these reviews only solidifies my belief that this is a scam. This company told me they were unable to cancel the order since it has already shipped, but the tracking number is not associated with any order. Buyer beware!

I placed an order on 22nd March and it's now the 13th May and I haven't received the order or an update from this company despite emailing them. I can track the order but the latest is that it was 'delivered to airline' on 25th April. I appreciate the currently situation is out of our hands but I'm really disappointed with the customer service. The worrying thing is I can no longer see my order confirmation on the link sent to me via email so I'm worried that this has been a scam?

I would give this company 0 stars if this was an option and like others I wish I had read the reviews before spending nearly £50 on 4 kits as something to do during lockdown. They have basically stolen my money. Ordered 1 April, money taken from me immediately and no goods. Loads of emails from me have resulted in 3 identical emails over two days last week which say nothing except to tell me to check the tracking number which I don’t have. I suspect that are just scammers taking advantage of the current situation or else it is a company which is bankrupt. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE.

Can -10 be an option??? This company is terrible. Using COVID19 as the reasoning behind delays in communication, shipping out my order, etc. Not even once did they give me any useful information on my order. Just a horrible experience. Stay away!!!

I was taken. During this stay at home order. It was a gift for my daughter. I had nothing for her birthday. SCAM SCAM SCAM. This was so hard to look at her and have nothing. I couldn't go shopping. I am so stupid.

I ordered the end of March 2020, money taken 1st April, same email as everybody else then due to Covid there will be a delay on delivery. I can't access my order page to track it and despite more than 4 emails not one response from company about my order or a refund just endless emails about making another order.
