They instantly withdrew my money. I got an email explaining they are behind shipment due to covid, Understandable. It’s now been over 3wks and I’ve heard nothing. Ive emailed them 4 times asking for a refund, no response. I want my money back!!!! I’m going to email them daily until I get a refund, I don’t even want the painting anymore! Maybe one day I’ll get a response.

THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACTING COMPANY SCAM YOU ORDER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BEFORE SHIPPING AND PRODUCT NEVER GET DELIVERED... THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS... I ordered and paid for my product 4 weeks ago. I didn’t get a confirmation email but was expecting my product within a week as per their info given at the time, so a week passed before I emailed them asking where my product is or if it’s even been shipped. I didn’t even get a automated email back until 2 weeks later. So I emailed again And I got an automated email saying someone will get back to me from a company called zen desk. But now in total it’s been 4 weeks since I paid for it and have got no info at all about where my order is. Awful customer service. I wish I had seen this rating on trust pilot before I ordered it. I also messaged them on Instagram but again no reply. I’ve been ripped off

Scam. Placed an order in late March, still haven't rec'd. Emailed them twice and got an automated response. They state they're located in New York, but my bank charged me an international fee for Canada when the charge went thru. Then all the shipping companies they list are located in China. Finally reported them using the FBI website for internet crimes. IC3.gov

I could have written any one of these reviews. Same thing....ordered in March but company said too late to cancel (in April) because its already shipped. That was 5 weeks ago. Really disappointed. They took the money out of my paypal account right away....but luckily i used Paypal and maybe I have some recourse. SCAM.

Total scam. I ordered two paintings in March and now the tracking number I got just disappeared. When j click to view my order, the link it brings me to just says the page got moved.

I placed an order medio March and got an order no. and tracking no. But I still can't track my order, the no. doesn't exist. I have been emailing the company but they only reply with an autotext email about covid situation ect. There's no Phone no. to contact them! Totally scam

Over a month ago I had ordered two paint by numbers. The excuse was Covid. Inexcusable. Still no delivery. I have made multiple calls and emails with vague or unacceptable excuses. There are over 100 other unhappy customers done the same way. I have started a legal process.
