The absolute worst experience with online shopping. I sent them 5 emails about and order placed 6 weeks ago after receiving no response other than that my card HD been charged. When I clicked check my order there used to be a screen showing my order... now there is an error page. Do not waste your time or your money on this disgraceful company choosing to scam people during this time.

ordered on April 6. They sent out a "tracking number" on May 1. On May 18, I have heard nothing and the tracking number is invalid. TOTAL SCAM. I will reverse the charges on my credit card.

They are a SCAM!! They don't email you back and it has been multiple weeks and I have not received any contact. My order has sat there in order received forever and there has been no changes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Scam, scam, scam - Stay far away from this company. I ordered my goods in the beginning of March and still haven’t received it. They charged my creditcard immediately and my e-mail is flooded with advertising, but they don’t reply when I contact them. I’m SO angry!!!!

Do not buy from original paint by numbers! I placed an order here two months ago and I still haven’t received the order and when I contact them via email they take a week to respond and don’t answer the questions I have or give me any information whether my order is coming. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I am currently disputing my order through PayPal in the hope I at least get my money back! Disappointed!

ORIGINAL PAINT BY NUMBER IS A SCAM. CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD, NEVER DELIVERED. THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK. AFTER BACK AND FORTH, TELL ME THEY NEED MY PROOF OF ORDER. I SENT THEM BOTH MY ORDER CONFIRMATION PLUS A COPY OF MY CREDIT CARD CHARGE. THEN THEY TELL ME THEY ARE SORRY, NO RECORD. I REVERSED THE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD.

They are a scam. I wish somebody with tech knowledge could figure out where these low life scum are operating from. Ripped me off, same as all the other reviews here. I am disgusted with so called humans that take advantage of the world situation. I hope Karma is real.
