**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY** It is not legitimate and is a scam. I ordered my custom print paint-by-numbers over 2 months ago and it still hasn't shown up. I have emailed them numerous times for an update on my order and they don't respond.

I too ordered from them at the end of April, Payment made thru paypal on April 28 and i have not received anything. The Co. says it is in NY city in Manhatten but? They too will not answer my emails. i wish i read the reviews before i ordered.

Scam ordered paintings in March and they still have not come. They will not reply to my emails or phone call.

If i can give it 0 stars I would. I Ordered a painting on April 9, 2020 and I still do not have anything. I got a tracking number about a week ago and the tracking number is invalid. When I would send emails to have updates, I get late replies with the same answers. My sister purchased her painting the same day as me and she is in the same situation. Do not purchase!!!

I ordered two paint by number sets in March. I’ve never received anything from them, but they took my money. I’m now trying to get a refund through PayPal. Be very wary of this company; I’d like to think that I’m very internet savvy but it caught me out too. The website looks very real and even has the padlock to show it’s a safe website, but don’t trust it!

These people are absolute thieves !! I have been waiting two months for a shipment and I'm sure they never intended to ship anything . I did turn mine over to PayPal and they stepped up and got my money back . Thanks to P.Pal ,and NO THANKS to the creeps at originalpaintbynumber . These are crooks to the end !
