DO NOT TRUST. IT'S A SCAM!
I ordered from this company in hopes of getting it delivered to Australia in April. I wanted to get it by June 1st but it's been more than a month and so far nothing! Initially, I got it as a gift and can no longer gift it at the proper time anymore. They've notified me that shipping has been delayed due to COVID-19 but I've sent them multiple emails regarding this very delayed shipping over the course of 3 weeks and still have not gotten a reply! Even the tracking number I was provided with lead to an 'Error 404, page not found' page, and that's very suspicious - I can't even track my order and they are not updating me with any shipping info regarding it! I am extremely disappointed and vexed with their customer service, false information, and everything in general. And I paid lots of money for this! Ridiculous! Won't order from this site again. ALSO: I GOT SCAMMED. Avoid this website at all costs. I would give them 0 stars if I can, and I wish I had read reviews before I had bought the painting kit. A hint of how to know you got scammed: when you've paid and you get notified of the transaction details from your bank, you would have gotten scammed if the title of the transaction is called 'painybynumbers' instead of 'paintbynumbers'. I learnt that the hard way.
