If I could give it zero stars I would. Two orders placed in April. One has a bogus shipping number and the other has none at all. No responses to my emails. No product. I am out $60.

Ordered an item on the 30th of April 2020 - its nearly been 10 weeks, and I am yet to get a reply from their customer service email, with no sign of my item being delivered. I will be reporting them to the relevant consumer watchdog - avoid at all costs - this is more then likely a scam.

I also have had an awful experience having seen these reviews I have reported the company to the FTC. I would recommend others do the same, its really easy and quick to do. Hopefully the more this is done the more likely this company will no longer be able to trade

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM Ordered two kits on May 17. On June 11, email said it was shipped. It is now July 1. I tried to email the company because there is no other contact info listed on their website. No response. Got an email with a tracking number and it says "Pending" and also "We have not received any updates from the courier for over 30 days. Please contact the shipper immediately if you still have not yet received the parcel." Contacted PayPal and no updates from them either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered in the beginning of April. They sent an email stating Covid..... yada yada.. and that they would eventually package my and send my order... I gave it three weeks. Went to check their website and it was deactivated. Filed a dispute with PayPal. Finally got it closed a couple weeks ago. When I filed the dispute with PayPal they gave a false tracking number 15 days after I started the claim. A month of the tracking never moving and the tracking company stating it was a false number and never given to the shipping company I called PayPal. This is a scam company just taking advantage of people and when it responds in PayPal it has different company names.

Have yet to receive my order from March 28, 2020. Spent $80USD on items that would be fun for the family. They took my money, gave me a tracking #, which when checking in with said it does not exist. Have attempted to contact the company several times but continue to get the run around, with no one getting back to me. Needless to say, I have yet to receive the items I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered about $75 of paint by numbers kits at the beginning of April and have not received them. I made several attempts to contact the company by email and through the website but were not replied to. I received an automated message mid April trying to reassure me that they were working on everyone's orders. They sent and email early May with shipping and tracking information. When accessing the tracking website they sent in the confirmation email my tracking number could not be found. When I clicked through the confirmation email to look for my order information I got a 404 error. Please avoid this company.
