Another unsatisfied customer, received nothing, filed for PAYPAL refund.

After two months and two letters to them regarding my order, no answer, unless you consider a generic email sent to all an answer. Therefore I cannot recommend this site. Please do not purchase from this site unless you are willing to lose your money ;=)

Don't buy from them. It is a complete scam! I just had a refund from PayPal after a long wait of 3 months. No response from seller at all.

I ordered two paintings on 1 April and they have only just arrived. This after numerous emails chasing with no response. It was only after i raised a complaint through Paypal and asked Paypal for a refund and they got involved did we finally get a response and they posted my items. However they came rolled up and crinkled in a jiffy envelope so it’s going to be difficult to paint unless i can stretch and tape them down on a board. I understand they might be under some pressure due to Covid-19 but I cannot recommend this company, there’s no excuse for terrible customer service and lack of communication.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I paid nearly $60 over 4 months ago and have nothing. Dozens and dozens of emails sent...no response. This company is a huge scam to say the least. How can all of get them taken down and stop them??

It's a total scam. Never order here.

3 months since my order and nothing has arrived. No response from the company. When I click my order confirmation link from the email they sent me when I paid, it says “not found.” Do not waste your money—it’s a scam.

Horrible experience. They charged my card, but I never received the paintings. Got a tracking number and everything, but it never shipped. I sent multiple emails to their customer service and never got a response. It’s been almost 6 months now and I haven’t gotten a refund or my paintings! Don’t waste your money on this SCAM.
