I am from Singapore and had been ordering my products from Organic Skin Care for many years. Their service in terms of product delivery is always prompt. I once had a bad experience as one of my skin care was broken and the serum was spilled all over. I took a photo to show them and they had sent me a new bottle. This is taking ownership and my dissatisfaction was recovered.

I'm still waiting on my product. It's going on two weeks.

My buying/shipping process was good. Having trouble with the website and logging in and I've sent a message to see if that can be cleared up. Other than that, I will defiinitely use them again.

I was under the impression that Shipping was free so a little surprised to see the extra $29 added to my order. I understand now that this is added for overseas orders but perhaps this could be more clearly stated on the web site. Thanks

It would be helpful if the item indicates out of stock and is given the opportunity of being on a back order list.
