I ordered a Gehwol food product: you sent the wrong item: I called for a return, you insisted that it was the only such Gehwol product available: that was untrue. Ultimately you provided a return label: I have not yet seen the refund.

This review is just for the ordering process. It was very efficient. Found the product I was looking for, placed the order and got immediate feedback that the order was being processed. This morning an email was sent advising that my order was on the way. So far so good.
