Timely delivery, good communication and I got what I ordered! Great to have Jazzy potatoes available - I’m really looking forward to harvesting some around Christmas time, thank you.

I buy often from the Organic catalogue, but I have been dissatisfied with the products that I received this year, and I have placed a couple of orders with them. Unfortunately two of the raspberry Autumn Bliss canes haven’t grown and seem to be dead whilst the other one is thriving. The seeds I received were also disappointing. I was disappointed because a lot of them were already a year old, causing the best sown by date to be diminished by a year. The spring onion seeds that I have bought, out of the whole pack only one seed has germinated which is very disappointing.

We’re very sorry to hear that your recent experience with The Organic Gardening Catalogue has not met expectations, particularly after being a loyal customer. It’s disappointing to learn that two of your raspberry ‘Autumn Bliss’ canes have failed to grow while the third is thriving. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you haven’t already-we genuinely appreciate your continued custom and want to make this right for you. Kindest regards, Meg. The Organic Gardening Catalogue.

Excellent plant quality and responsive customer service. The only reason for not giving five stars is the slight delay in receiving the full order.

The spray bottle of grazers did not work, I had to decant into another bottle to use the contents. There was also a lot of crystallised sediment in the bottom of the bottle.
