So I get an email saying sign up. Nowhere does it say anything about terms and conditions. So I go through the channels to get verified. My identity and the deposit. Which u have to do before you cash out. So they waited till after I did the deposit I get a email saying they taking my winnings cause I played a wrong game. But I had contacted customer service a bunch of times before the cash out. Why wait to say anything. And nowhere did the coupon did it say this. So they took my deposit and my winnings.

Customer service is really unhelpful says you have to email a department what's the point of how a customer service if you just can't ask for help and it takes them 3 to 5 business days to check an ID how many people are signing up on a day, how long does it take to verify somebody most people use some sort of system that does it automatically it's a joke they do it on purpose so you lose your money and they don't have to pay you out oh and then you probably got to deposit 10 after they verify your identity I guarantee it I'm going to have to do a Litecoin deposit or something to verify my identity which has nothing to do with that don't waste your time free spins my ......

This has to be one of the most misleading & deceptive online casinos I've came across yet. Definitely very shady & I wouldn't recommend at all. I was given a no deposit welcome bonus with a $50 max cash out. I'm then told I have to make a deposit verification bonus. Pretty standard. Go to cash out & have to resubmit documents. Not surprised. Took a few days. But in the meantime my verification deposit was on hold. Finally go to cash out & I'm not allowed because I'd made a deposit! My verification deposit! They said if I wouldn't have made a deposit after using the no deposit welcome bonus I could have just cashed out. ???? They made me give a verification deposit so tell me how that makes sense? So I played my deposit. Go to cash out the $50 in Litecoin. Nope. My Litecoin address MUST start with a capital letter! Had to get another wallet. Finally get cashed out. Against my better judgement I made another deposit & according to their website & my email (watch your spam folder for your free chip) I got a pitiful $10 free chip for making a certain amount of deposits in a day. Go to redeem it & they said I wasn't eligible. I asked why & they basically said because. Seriously no reason. I made more than the required deposit. Played through the requirements ect. Rude, unknowledgeable. I had to go through management to close my account because I told them I would spend my money elsewhere & they could keep that $10 chip. Got a canned response basically. The only thing positive I can say is that once I cashed out I got my $48 (out of the $50)in under 20 minutes. So I did end up $18 ahead & a lesson learned. Definitely avoid this one.

If I could give this place less stars I would. I just closed my account after fruitless efforts at get a good faith bonus to replace comps that would have accumulated if their advertising was not false. Do not spend money here. Although they are “powered” by Spinlogic and advertise to US Players you cannot accumulate comp points because only after heavy pushing they disclosed that Spinlogic games are not available to US players. Their bonuses are poor and no matter how much you deposit in one day and lose their max loyalty is $30 unless you push and push for more and even then, thousands lost and the max loyalty they award is $100 - wagering requirements make it almost always impossible to recover any losses.
