They do not like to advertise their better welcome bonus's and get you to sign up for just 100 spins on one crappy slot and you have no idea what the rest of the platform is like, then when you tell them you found out about their better welcome bonus, ( why that wasn't offered in the beginning I dont know) they say they can only give you one as if they are the best online casino out the or one of very few. Their platform, games offered, online games, table games and basically everything else is mionimal, there done have any of the good live games just basic tricks card poker and they dont even offer a regular blackjack lol, there are wayyyyyyyyyy better casinos out there for anyone to EVER be stupid enough to join this one. Their customer service chat is trash and they act like they are reading from a script or they are a robot. the whole experience sucked....done do

I got an email, just like most of us here, said no deposit 100 spins blah blah blah. I won 70$ win I hit the play through Mark and of course they took the difference of 50 from the 70. So I stopped playing and went to cash out my winnings. At that point I was asked for id verification. So I promptly send all 3 items requested of me. A day or two goes by and I hadn't received an email saying pass or fail. So I thought I'd try the live chat option. At that point I was being told the photos were too blurry could I resend them so I did. 2 more days and nothing. I reached out via chat and I found out that they hire real jerks who not only have no customer relations skills but this person kicked me from the chat because I asked for my 15 dollars to be refunded. Even that point I just sorta shrugged it off. Now it has been going on nearly 3 weeks and they still haven't verified my id. I get the same response in chat and I get random emails from banking orbitspins.com saying my id is to blurry still. Today, despite my better judgement, I have decided to give up. All the bs they are putting me through for the last 3 weeks is just ridiculous. I won fair and square, I sent my information to them, I paid my "good faith" deposit, but now I'm like a crack head doing window aerobics with my Gmail account. I mean all of this unnecessary stress for what... 50$? So from my point of view this site is a scam. Maybe they pick and choose who they want to get paid out. But after sending my id to these people a total of 14 times they blocked my account from uploading the 3 items they want. Yet when I go to chat to ask the status of my request they tell me " the pictures you sent were too blurry can you try to resend them again please." But no, I cannot send them. I want a refund for the 15$ I sent to these people. They can keep the winnings. And I won't be surprised if a few years down the road my personal information turns up on the dark web from these guys selling my id. There are far better sites out there. Ones who know the value of a customer beyond what the value of their bank account is. STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE. Don't say you haven't been warned.

Honestly I kinda disagree with other people's reviews. I got a free chip no deposit bonus and played the playthrough requirements at I think 40x. Okay fine, cash out was max 50. No problem. I had to get approved for kyc verification before I could withdraw, and that took around 5 days. Still no problem yet. Only thing I can say was kind of disappointing was that I had to make a min. 15 deposit before I could successfully withdraw my funds. At first I was unsure but I figured I'd try it out after talking to live support. So I did it and at first it kept saying I had to do the verification deposit. So I contacted support again and they told me to relog, clear my cache and restart my phone. Okay so after doing that... finally I was able to withdraw the 50 plus the 15 I had deposited. A long way for just 65 but when the e transfer went through I was pretty happy and surprised. Not saying I would recommend but also not saying I wouldn't. Either way it went through and hopefully if I decide to make another deposit in the future, I hope there won't be as many hoops to jump through. In conclusion, I don't think it's a scam. They're just doing the steps needed and honestly, by them doing that, it shows they're actually following the rules and terms of online casinos.

Have deposited and done free spins here. Finally won off of a promo and after verifying my account, sending me an email stating my account was verified, and taking a verification deposit, they then banned my account for "having multiple accounts at the same address". Um, I live in an apartment complex. I can't help it if other people use a free, public website? But these people are thieves and scammers and should be shut down permanently.

I don't want to be unfair I only played on orbit one time. I received a promotion email which offered free spins for a welcome offer if I signed up (It's the standard for creating an account as any other platform), then I easily collected and played my free spins without any hassle, so far so good, and when finished, naturally there was a playthrough requirement, (obscene amount, but I've seen far worse. I want to say it was 40x, and for the effort, you only get to cash out a max of $50, and you can't cash out with less than that... considering how long it takes to meet the required playthrough, I wasnt exactly thrilled, but whatever). I ended up reaching the $50 that was needed for the cash out, (yay), and I got my driver's license for the verification, as well as a bank statement. I always hate that part, but it wasn't overly tasking like I have seen in other platforms. (It was a relatively painless experience, truth be told), and I liked seeing "you are just one step away from instant withdrawals!" Or some such jargon, but then, after my identification was uploaded, a message popped up with another (previously unmentioned) requirement, one that confused me a bit... they said that they wanted a "verification deposit" to confirm I'm a person... A) Since what year and in what world does me sending you bitcoin prove my identity? B) When does "no deposit" mean "send us money first"? C) Why, if I need to send $15 (at least $15) or more before I'm allowed to withdraw funds won from a promotion, did I really need a 40x playthrough? If it was free, okay, I get it, but requirement of a deposit first? Playthrough shouldn't be more than 15-20x, if that. After the playthrough requirement being met, I then need to send 15 bucks as well, just so I can get 50 sent back ... When you count the deposit, I'm doing all this to make 35 bucks. After the time and effort, is that worth it? I thought that there must be a mistake, but then I contacted support to figure out how to withdraw and was told that I can not use the withdrawal function without a deposit first, which sounds sketchy. Concerned, I checked trustpilot and saw all these other reviews which kind of prompted me to leave one myself, not saying not to trust this site but saying be careful if you choose to. Personally, I decided not to send in the money. I don't have as much as I used to, as I'm disabled and my budget is limited, and on top of all the fake platform and just outright scams that are out there nowadays, I'm inclined to believe that if all I get is $35, which will be less after the Bitcoin transaction fees are taken care of and I've cashed out, well that's just not worth putting my ID and personal information on the internet. I don't know if I'm going to try the cash out process or not, but if I do I'll update the rating to better (or worse), depending on whether it pays. Since my budget is limited I'm not sure it's worth me risking 15 on a questionable venture just to hopefully get 50 back later on.

Hi Jim, Hope you are well and safe, Thank you for reaching out to us here! After reviewing your concerns and checking your account, we can confirm that you played with one of our free welcome bonuses and generated winnings. As a Casino, we reserve the right to request account verification if we find anything suspicious connected to your account. The estimated time frame for this process is up to 7 days, although it usually takes no more than 48 hours. Delays may occur if we receive incomplete documents or low quality selfies. We can see that your account was successfully verified on November 18th. According to the Casino rules, a verification deposit must be made before a withdrawal can be processed: https://orbitspins.com/terms-and-conditions 6.2. Withdrawing from Your User Account h. If requesting a withdrawal from a non-deposit bonus, a verification deposit is required if no prior deposit was made. We require a verification deposit for transactional reasons, to ensure that you understand how to use crypto. You can withdraw the verification deposit along with your winnings. However, before submitting a withdrawal request, please contact Customer Support and request that your verification deposit be processed on top of your winnings. This will allow you to submit a withdrawal request for the full amount (winnings + deposit). You may use other available cryptocurrency methods for depositing, as the minimum deposit for those methods is $10 (for Bitcoin, it is $15 due to the minimum required amount on our wallet). We understand that you may be skeptical about this procedure, but many players have successfully withdrawn winnings from welcome bonuses after completing the verification deposit. Your winnings are still on your balance, and once you make the verification deposit, you will be able to proceed with your withdrawal. Thank you for your understanding!
