I don't know where to start, first and foremost they have the worst customer support I have ever had to deal with. They leave you setting there forever waiting on a simple yes or no question, they are as rude as I have ever seen and to sum it up quite useless. I have requested DOZENS of times for my account to be closed and I either get my chat ended abruptly or get given a email address to ask for my account to be closed which I have done again DOZENS of times and have never heard back from them ever and this is to management. It's so bad that I've had to seek legal aid to try to get my account closed with them, and my account still remains active to this day, they couldn't care less about the people that spend their money there, orbit spins is absolute BS!
I have read your response to my review and I would be more than happy to show you or anyone else that I haven't received not the first email from orbit spins requesting any documents and or account information, so yet again orbit spins could care less about my asking for the account to be closed and I'd be happy to show you or anyone all of the emails and transcripts of my chat conversations with your support staff, I have no reason to give you false information however I can now definitively prove orbit spins liers.

Won’t try again
I deposited and used a low wager bonus, lost my money rather quickly, even after pausing for a bit and coming back to it. Played several different slots, nothing really winning. Once I completely lost my deposit I went to customer support and asked what they would offer after losing a deposit and the representative said 25 spins. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or just didn’t like his job; however, he gave me the spin info and wouldn’t tell me what it was on and there was no code so I just had to go to the home page and hope for the best. Won almost nothing and I won’t play there again.

Hello,
We hope you are having a great day.
We are sorry to hear that your recent gaming experience did not meet your expectations, and we apologize for any inconvenience or frustration caused. This was certainly not our intention.
After reviewing the details, we would like to clarify that your deposit was $23, and the free spins offered by our representative had a maximum cashout limit of $50. This promotion gave you the opportunity to win up to double the amount of your deposit, although we understand that the outcome was not what you had hoped for.
We sincerely apologize for your bad luck during gameplay. Please understand that game outcomes are determined independently, and we have no influence over the results or winnings of any game. Every spin is subject to the game's mechanics, and winning outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that this experience left you disappointed, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
Kind Regards,
Stacey Ellison

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
Upon signing up, I redeemed OrbitSpins' NDB which, if you're able to complete the wagering requirement, allows you to cash out a maximum of $50 for free.
Spoiler: you're not getting that $50.
I completed all of the requirements for redemption and made sure not to play any of the restricted games listed in the coupon terms. I then submitted the account verification request through the cashier.
What followed was a series of increasingly ridiculous obstacles:
September 16, 2026 — Banking Department:
Requested a photo of my ID, a short video of me holding the ID, and additional account information (casino name, date, username, and email address).
I provided everything requested and emailed the materials to both the Banking and Documents departments as instructed.
September 16, 2026 — Banking Department:
"Our system cannot run verification for accounts with balances lower than the required minimum."
To comply with their T&Cs, I deposited $10 worth of LTC, which is currently sitting as a pending deposit until my $50 balance can be withdrawn.
This $10 minimum deposit requirement as part of verification is fairly common among social casinos, and I've never had an issue with it elsewhere.
September 17, 2026 — Banking Department:
"Our server is unable to process attachments exceeding 20MB."
No problem. I resubmitted the verification video in a format and file size that complied with their requirements.
September 21, 2026 — Banking Department:
"Our system detected your video as generated by artificial intelligence. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept it for the verification purposes. Based on that, your account has been deactivated and your winnings have been removed until verification is done."
This is where things went completely off the rails.
The video was not AI-generated. It was a genuine recording of me holding my government-issued ID and account details, exactly as they requested.
Despite this, OrbitSpins accused the video of being AI-generated, deactivated my account, and removed my winnings. They also provided no meaningful instructions for how I am supposed to resolve the issue or complete verification after making this accusation.
At this point, I've complied with every requirement they've given me, including providing identification, submitting the requested video, correcting the file-size issue, and even making the additional $10 deposit they required.
Yet somehow, after all of that, I'm left with a deactivated account and $50 in winnings that they refuse to pay out based on an accusation that is simply false.
I've dealt with plenty of social casinos, including ones that have strict KYC procedures and additional verification requirements. I have no problem complying with reasonable verification requests. What I do have a problem with is being asked to repeatedly jump through hoops, doing everything requested, and then having my account shut down because their system incorrectly decided that my legitimate verification video was AI-generated.
If OrbitSpins has legitimate concerns about my verification, tell me what I need to do to resolve them. Instead, they've provided no path forward and have simply withheld my winnings.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend OrbitSpins. If you're considering using their NDB, be aware that meeting the stated requirements may not necessarily mean you'll actually be allowed to withdraw your winnings.

Do not deposit here!
Do not deposit here!
This casino will generate an address when depositing with crypto.
After you made your deposit it will not get credited to your casino balance and the casino will lie and tell you they did not receive it even though you prove it by showing them the transaction on the blockchain.
They just stole my deposit!

Fix your misleading emails
"Your 100 spins are waiting - no wagering, no nonsense."
There's no excuse. No wagering on spin winnings? Sure! However you NEED to remove the "no nonsense." part and include a disclaimer that a verification deposit of $15 is mandatory in order to withdraw anything. Otherwise, it just seems like you're luring people into making accounts when a good majority of them aren't willing to add their own money first.

Hello,
Hope that you are well.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this requirement may have caused and understand your concerns.
Please be advised that a verification deposit is required prior to processing a player’s first withdrawal at the casino. This is a standard requirement that applies to all players and must be completed before the first withdrawal can be finalized.
We would also like to point out that this requirement is clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which all players are required to review and accept when creating an account. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree to comply with the rules and requirements applicable to your account and withdrawals.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we apologize once again for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I went to cash out and they denied…
I went to cash out and they denied access to my account. There is no way to sign in and communicate with them to straighten situation out. So I guess once you deposit money they just block you if you decide to take it back.

Hurry up and wait to withdraw your winnings
The game selection and interface are actually pretty good, but the payout process is completely ruined by their ID verification system. I’ve been waiting days just to get my documents approved so I can withdraw my funds, and customer support only gives generic, unhelpful responses. If you want a casino that handles your account and payouts efficiently, look elsewhere until they fix this bottleneck.

We hope that you are well.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience with the verification process.
Due to a higher than usual volume of verification requests, account reviews can unfortunately take up to 48 hours to complete. We sincerely apologize for this delay and the inconvenience it has caused.
The team is working as quickly as possible to review all documents while ensuring the security of every account. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Thank you again for your feedback. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reply to this email.

Denied $100 no-deposit bonus payout—falsely accused of multiple accounts
I won $100 using a recent no-deposit bonus and fully complied with all stated bonus terms. When I went to claim the payout, they blocked the withdrawal and falsely accused me of having "multiple accounts." This is a complete lie; I only have one account.
After looking into it, this seems to be their standard excuse to avoid paying out legitimate winnings. Be warned: they will let you win on the screen but will manufacture fake Terms of Service violations the second you try to withdraw. Total scam. Avoid this site.
