Use almost every day. Easy interface and ability to print postage as needed. Customer service is through email would like a phone number but otherwise reliable and cost effective.

Hi! Thank you for the feedback. We do offer telephone support (free), however normally it means leaving a voicemail and having a call back within 24 hours (or one business day).
