Anche io confermo l'inaffidabilità dello spazzolino elettrico, per fortuna ho acquistato quello economico con le pile per 20 euro e dopo 3 mesi morto finito. Mi hanno detto di comprarne uno del modello IO ma dopo queste recensioni anche sul presunto top di gamma non ci penso proprio.

Promettono omaggi che non arrivano mai.

Acquistato OralB Io6 e dopo un anno non teneva più la ricarica e l'ho portato in assistenza. Me ne danno uno sostitutivo che dopo un anno non carica più. Chiamo servizio clienti che mi dice di comprarne uno nuovo in quanto garanzie scdute. Due spazzolini in tre anni con lo stesso problema direi che è un sospetto che qualcosa i quel modello non funzioni. Ora vproverò con la concorrenza.

Ich habe meinem Mann eine Orab B iO geschenkt und wollte ihm nun Ersatzbürsten bestellen. Ich habe nun seit zwei Monaten versucht, Bürstenköpfe zu bestellen. Ich schaffe es nicht, die Bestellung abzuschließen. Inzwischen haben wir zwei Accounts, weil wir glaubten, dass der account meines Mannes irgendein technisches Problem hat. Aber nein, der gleiche Effekt. Ich will den Kauf abschließen, gehe zum Warenkorb, bekomme eine fast leere Seite anstelle dessen mit der Option, weiter einzukaufen. Vor drei Tagen schaffte ich es einmal sogar mit PayPal zu bezahlen. Effekt, Kauf wurde storniert wegen fehlendem Code, den ich nicht eingegeben hatte. Aber wie auch, ich habe keinen erhalten, obwohl ich eine Stunde gewartet habe. Ich habe schon mehrfach an den Kundendienst geschrieben. Es kommt immer dieselbe Antwort (sicher KI, super), dass die Stornierung (wie die anderen Fehler) sicher daher kommen, weil wir ein VPN benutzen. Man könnte meinen, die Nutzung eines VPNs ist eine Straftat. Wir nutzen es, um so etwas zu verhindern. Aber ich habe sogar mein VPN deaktiviert, um so eine mistige Ersatzbürste bestellen ZU DÜRFEN. Wir wohnen auf dem Land und nun fahre ich in die Stadt wegen einer Ersatzzahnbürste. Glückwunsch P&G !

Purchased the Oral-B iO deep clean a few months ago and it almost immediately started to stink of mildew due to the design of the stand and brush head trapping water. My customer service process was a huge pain. Initially, they said they would send out a few complementary brush heads and a replacement toothbrush, which I appreciated! Weeks later I called back because I never received the toothbrush only to find out they never sent it. They did send replacement brush heads, but sent the wrong ones and weren’t willing to resend the correct ones. Also, the guy stated my new toothbrush would take three weeks to arrive which seems a little ridiculous especially considering they forgot to send it out the first time. The product is literal garbage and so is the customer service. At this point, I’m switching to a different brand.

Binnen de garantieperiode ging onze veel te dure elektrische tandenborstel stuk. Na telefonisch overleg de tandenborstel ter reparatie naar een derde partij opgestuurd, maar daar lang niets van gehoord. Na navraag bleek het pakket zoek te zijn geraakt. Vanuit Oral-B of de E-Care komt geen enkele vorm van communicatie, ik moet steeds weer zelf contact opnemen. Ik krijg enkel bericht dat het bericht 'intern is doorgestuurd'. Inmiddels zit ik al bijna 1,5 maand zonder tandenborstel en is het probleem nog altijd niet opgelost. Het verzoek om passende opmerking blijft maar achterwege, ik wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en zit tussen Oral-B en E-Care in. Kortom, waardeloze service voor een waardeloos, overprijzig product.
