I’ve bought two Oral B electric toothbrushes since September 2024 and both have stopped working within a year. The most recent one stopped working after three months. I am hoping that as it is still under guarantee, I will be able to get my money back from Boots. I had one that lasted for years from them but the quality has obviously declined quite a lot since I bought that one. Very disappointing.

Ich hatte über den Shop eine oral-b Zahnbürste bestellt. Sie sollte noch vor Weihnachten geliefert werden. Nachdem es am 23.12 nicht geklappt hatte (Problem bei Hermes), sollte sie heute ausgeliefert werden. Das hat leider auch nicht geklappt, weil oral-b es nicht hinbekommen hat, die Anschrift, die in der Rechnung korrekt aufgeführt ist, auf dem Aufkleber an mich richtig anzugeben. Die Straße wurde dort von oral-b einfach vergessen. Und ohne Straße keine Zustellung. Sowas habe ich noch bei keinem Internet Unternehmen erlebt. Völliges Versagen bei einer Weltmarke. Ich bin ziemlich fassungslos. Nachtrag: Zweiter Stern für die völlig unkomplizierte Rückabwicklung und Erstattung.

Con riferimento all'acquisto di una doccia orale tramite farmacia, lamento la pessima qualità del servizio post vendita del produttore che impone rigide procedure, con scarsa presenza di punti di assistenza sul territorio. Tramite il venditore ho richiesto la sostituzione dell'articolo che ha manifestato un difetto tecnico(perdita di acqua), già alla prima accensione; dopo quasi due mesi mi è stato di fatto imposto di accettare il medesimo apparecchio riparato. Ritengo sia scorretto ,da parte dell costruttore, imporre all'acquirente uno spostamento di 50 kilometri per una riparazione(in questo caso ho insistito che avvenisse tramite la farmacia per mia impossibilità a raggiungere il punto di assistenza). Mi riservo di valutare nel tempo, attraverso l'utilizzo, la validità della riparazione; in caso di esito sfavorevole imporrò che mi venga rimborsato il prezzo di acquisto anche a costo di ricorrere alle vie legali. I have purchase toothbrush online on oral b on 30/11/2025 Black Friday sales, website stating 3-5 day delivery took 22 days. Besides order they have offered free gifts and one of them was Braun Styling Kit MGK3411 which never came. For long wait they offer 5£ voucher - order amount was £235 including mouth wash and toothpastes. Instead they’ve sent toothbrush heads which ordered anyway. This has not been communicated with me and never has been advised and when is spoke to Laura - manager in order customer service she was satiating that it is subject of availability even though order has been confirmed and payment taken, which did take nearly 1 month to arrive, Laura seem to receive these calls often and seemed more annoyed to deal with this as she was interrupting and not interested in this and then said that she has stated everything and will end a call. I must admit that service in oral b direct purchase has been very poor and what they offer as a grand gesture as a gift is under their discretion and you should never rely on it, as well customer service will be unpleasant experience hitch will end up in £5 vouchers just to get rid of you and close the case. My best advise would be purchase these items better in John Lewis or Boots because their customer service is different level and they are not lore you in promises and high they can’t fulfil. This only shows unreliability😔 and people who represent brand unfortunately underscore it more.

This toothbrush is a major design failure that quickly becomes a hygiene nightmare. Despite being a premium-priced product, the Oral-B iO line harbours a severe flaw in the connection point between the brush head and the handle. ​Design Flaw: The minuscule gaps and hollow spaces in the joint and within the brush head itself trap moisture, toothpaste residue, and saliva. ​Repulsive Build-up: This stagnant, damp environment is a perfect breeding ground, resulting in a rapid and disgusting build-up of black mould, mildew, and grime that is virtually impossible to clean thoroughly. ​Unacceptable for a Hygiene Product: You will spend more time obsessively trying to clean the mould out of your expensive toothbrush than actually brushing your teeth. A device meant for oral hygiene should not require constant, meticulous deep-cleaning just to prevent it from growing fungus. ​Bottom Line: Do not waste your money. The excellent cleaning action is completely overshadowed by a repulsive design flaw that turns the brush into a hidden source of contamination. AVOID the Oral-B iO series and choose a model with better, more hygienic construction.

Absolutely confusing labeling, I'm fed up with the excessive different variances in this brand varying from rancid chalk to dettol flavour. I've tried to get the correct one time and time again whilst shopping but find subtle differences in box graphics once I've returned home then realise thier the wrong ones. Its not a clever strategy, I will talk with my feet and switch brands. Your marketing team and designers need to be sacked.
