Oral-BReviews of oralb.com

State lontani!

Terrible toothbrush and service from Oral B. After 2 weeks using toothbrush stopped charging. I sent it for repair using Amazon - received new toothbrush of the same model. After two weeks second toothbrush stopped charging again. Amazon doesn’t have an option to submit 2nd repair request. I submitted it via Orab B website. Sent 2nd toothbrush for repair and received 3rd one new instead (same model). Surprise- surprise 3rd toothbrush stopped charging too. There is no email address on Oral B website so I had to call them, I asked for refund as I didn’t sign up to go to post office once a month and stay without toothbrush for the periods of “repair” they are rejecting refund. I am still in the process of this battle with them. If you don’t want the same this to happen to you- do NOT buy this toothbrush. Disgusting service from Oral B.

I apologise to Oral B. I had clicked on wrong company name. I have absolutely no problem with the product I have from you.

Paid $8 CAD for the Oral B glide floss. The actual floss part looks completely different than it does on the package. The package displays string like floss, then you open the package and it turns out to be the worst kind, Ribbon floss. So the package is a lie. Not only that but you can only stick one of these floss picks between your teeth ONCE before they start to shred and leave microplastics behind - which you can clearly feel between your teeth - then you need to use more floss to get it out. It’s a complete waste of money and probably really really harmful to your mouth. They should be called Oral Cancer and not oral B.
